Support Temps is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application ("App").

    • Your Email Address

    • GPS Location to allow user to clock in and clock out of scheduled shifts
    • Information about shifts, schedules, application requests, time-off requests, working hours and the amount of earnings
    • Push Notifications settings to notify users of updates to their schedules.
  • Automatically Collected Information: When you use our App, we may automatically collect certain information, such as your device's IP address, device type, operating system, and usage data.

All information provided will be stored within the internal App server and will not be distributed on any external servers. All information will be stored for the duration of Your employment with Support Temps and will be discarded securely once You’re no longer associated with Support Temps. You have the right to withdraw your information at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To improve our App.
  • To schedule shifts and maintain shift data
  • To provide Delegated Associates with scheduling information relevant to their Organisation
  • To process scheduling information requests from the User of the App

You can access or update your information within the Settings section on the App. Alternatively, you can contact us at Support Temps using the contact information provided in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy to update or access your information.

You have the right to request and access your personal information that is stored within the Support Temps App.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not disclose your information to any third-parties that are not associated with Support Temps.

Delegated Associates of Support Temps will have access to the App with restricted access to your Personal Information. The Delegated Associates will be able to view and approve the following:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your requests to fill to available shifts relevant to their Organisation
  • Approve Your requests to available shifts relevant to their Organisation

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure.

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • To review and update your personal information.
  • To access your personal information
  • To enable/disable push notifications from Support Temps

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You can find the most current version within the App.

12. Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • "Application" means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Support Temps
  • “Available Shifts” refers to the shift data uploaded by Support Temps available for users to apply to be assigned to the shift data
  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Support Temps
  • "Delegated Associates" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.
  • "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.
  • “Organisation” refers to the Delegated Associates company that they are employed by.
  • "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • “Shift Data” refers to the information in the shift schedule section
  • "Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • “User” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
